Advance Directives -- CLE After Hours, February 23, 2015

Date:	Monday, February 23, 2015	Time:	6:00 p.m.
Place:	Hunton & Williams LLP - 20th Floor Riverfront Plaza - East Tower 951 E. Byrd Street
Program:	Andrew G. Schutte, Esq., of Hancock, Daniel, Johnson & Nagle, P.C., will present “Advance Directives.”  1.0 hour of CLE credit will be given.
Menu:	Dinner will be catered by Sodexo and will include:  Home-style Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and Buttered Corn, served with fresh-baked bread, tossed garden salad with croutons and dressing, along with fresh-baked cookies, bottled water, and iced tea.
Cost:	$13.00 (includes $2 meeting registration fee)
Parking:	Parking is available in the Riverfront Plaza parking deck; enter at P-3 Visitor parking level - follow 10th Street toward river, around the curve, to the back of building. Take East Tower elevators to “Plaza” level, follow hallway around to security desk and building elevators. Take building elevators to 20th floor. Bring your parking ticket with you for validation.
Registration Deadline:	An exact head count is required. Reservations must be made by NOON on Thursday, February 19, 2015, to theoriginalrlsa@gmail.com.
Dietary/Physical Restrictions:	When making your dinner/meeting reservation, please advise of any dietary or physical restrictions you may have so that appropriate arrangements may be made.
